How to show dynamic field base on service or SLA

this is not possible out of the box. You can use ACLs for preventing that some values are filled.

If you need not to show the fields (or just show the ones you want to) you'll need additional software development or paid packages.

sorry..so what is the other way for me to make the customer can choose a difference drop down base on SERVICE..can i use other then dynamic field?
for an example i have 4 service.each service will have their own drop down for customer to select.thanks you
