[SOLVED]Customer Ticket personalization

Hello everybody,

I need your help. I don't know how to put a defaut text in a Customer Ticket. (I've searched everywhere but with no result)

If it's obvious for you, answer me please :) :)

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
