I have created a couple of Dynamic Fields...Ticket Category and Caller. They show up in the New Ticket page...but it doesn't seem like the data is actually being stored anywhere. When i look in the database at ticket table...there is no column for these fields. ZoomView after a ticket is created doesn't show these fields.
Where is this data being stored?

Re: Dynamic Fields not associated with ticket?
If you want to see them in ZoomView - you must activate them in SysConfig in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom --> Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicFieldccummings wrote:ZoomView after a ticket is created doesn't show these fields.
The name of field in Key & sign 0 (Disable - invisible) or 1(Enable - show at screen) in Content
