Hopefully I can get some help on this matter, I have been landed the task of building an OTRS build for our organisation but its been a long time since I have done any development work.
At the moment I have OTRS built but on the Agent Dashboard I can only see the following options:
"Reminder Tickets"
"New Tickets"
"Open Tickets/need to be answered"
However I would like to add a view in there for "Closed Tickets" but I have no idea where I would do this, can someone please point me in the Right direction?

Having closed tickets in the dashboard might not be usefull as it will grow and grow...
To access closed tickets you can use "Statusview" and Ticket Search
