Hallo,
ich hab ein seltsames Problem bei einem unserer Agents.
Er sieht auf dem Dashboard ein -2 bei der Anzahl neuer Artikel, obwohl er keinerlei
neue Artikel hat.
Bei 2 neuen Artikeln verschwindet die Anzeige komplett.
Anbei zwei Screenshots, die das Problem verdeutlichen.
Ich denke irgendwo steht ein falsches Basiswert und weiß jemand wie diese Zahl zustande kommt?
OTRS Version: 3.0.5 (Update geplant auf 3.0.17)
Plugins: support + timeaccounting

Ich bin mir recht sicher, dass dieser Bug in neueren Versionen gefixt ist.
