Hello all,
I have an issue when I make a fetch mail.
When I receive a mail on the associate mailbox, The mail is removed by OTRS but any ticket is created.
Someone could help me please ?

Especially, did you rename the priorities?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
