OTRS Newbie
Good day we just started with OTRS we are one Company with three sites, on each site there is a helpdesk but the 3 helpdesks must be able to assign calls to the another is there a easy way to do that without scripting.

If the sites are different Queues, sure...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
