Dear Team,
Is there any possibilities of suspending Escalation when a ticket has put in a particular state.
I am using OTRS Helpdesk 3.2.2 and ITSM 3.2.2.

You could port the module from http://znuny.com/en/#!/addons to 3.2.x (and send patches to znuny).
