Can anyone tell me how to make SLA based on Priority?
I Tried this using link below.

But it didn't work. Can anyone tell me how can I achive?

SLA is SLA and priority is priority.

SLA may cost either side more money to implement. Summary: if the SLA is relevant, it should be used instead of priority.
