I am new here, sorry for my English, but I would like to solve my problem.
My problem:
I try to configure my otrs, send notification if new ticket created. One way is working, if I choose agent or predefined groups.
But if | use my groups the rule has not performed,
The solution what I would like to do:
- if new ticket created someway in one of them queu, otrs has to send notification to the defined group. (Third box from the top on the event config page)
