if some words in mail subject, OTRS won't create ticket

I'm using OTRS 3.0 , recently, I tound that if an initial email with word “Undeliverable” in the subject, OTRS will ignore it and do not create ticket. I think it is a default configuration in otrs. I can't find how to set this kind configuration in OTRS . how to configure the filter words or spam word in OTRS ?

check your postmaster filters (as this is not happening by default)

what does the OTRS logfile state?
