Hello everyone,
I have recently been assigned the task of migrating our existing, "abandoned", OTRS installation in an outdated version (3.1.5) running in a Windows IIS/SQL Server environment to a new Virtual Machine running CentOS 6.4 x64, that already has a MySQL backend running.
All went more or less well, and I could migrate almost all of OTRS using the following steps:
> Updated the source DB to 3.2 with the OTRS script;
> Installed OTRS from RPM, ran the installer page and created a new empty database;
> Used MySQL Workbench without making changes to existing schema or tables and just transferred data from some tables (I will post them later).
Now I can browse all my previous tickets, see their response detail, but when I try to open a response or ticket, the HTML body of my replies shows up encoded in Base64.
How can I solve this?
