I recognized it's possible to merge tickets with different customerIDs! Is der a config or any other way to prevent this????

I don't think so, and (IMO), I don't know why it'd be a good idea to do anything else than what you said. OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
