It means the ticket is in a queue that isn't "users"

I find that my default owner is "Admin OTRS" so thats why I can't view my own ticket. How do I set the default owner (customer)?
So the customer can view its own ticket.
The ticket is in a queue that the customer does not have permissions to. It's not about owner. It's about group permissions to the queue.

Okay guys. Now I solved the problem. I accidentally change the "CustomerTicket::Permission###1-GroupCheck". The "Granted" and "Required".
Thank you crythias.
