I am running centos 6 with Mysql and when we try and update the owner of a ticket we get a slow response from otrs. It eventually gives up and the browser downloads a blank index.pl file. This happens on the change owner and adding a new change into the itsm module currently. I am not sure where to look for the problem.

This is perl, v5.10.1 (*) built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi
Ram 4gb
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.69, for redhat-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.1
