No longer fetching emails

OTRS was fetching emails just fine for about a month then all of a sudden it stopped. I have been on OWA and the password and user name are working correctly. I have also used telenet to make sure I can check the exchange server .
This is the error I am getting when OTRS is trying to fetch emails.

POP3S: Auth for user domain\user/mail.domain.com failed!

It means what it says. The server holding the email is asserting that authorization has failed for POP3S access.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
