I am a new user of OTRS with little experience.
I installed OTRS 3.2.8 on a machine with Windows 2003 Server.
my problem is that the system OTRS sends an email notification when the sender field is empty.
I configured Core::Sendmail so:
- SendmailModule = SMTP
- SendmailModule::CMD = /usr/sbin/sendmail -i -f (default)
- SendmailModule::Host = 10.0.5.102
- SendmailModule::Port = 25
- SendmailModule::AuthUser = helpdesk@connect-ics.it
- SendmailModule::AuthPassword = mypassword
- SendmailBcc = it's cecked but empty (default)
- SendmailNotificationEnvelopeFrom = it's cecked but empty (default)

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

In any notification action.
example: when the customer opens a ticket from his web panel, agents do not receive the email of notification for opening ticket.

I solved.
