Hello,
I need some help, I update to version 3.2.9 and for some raison the postmaster don't fetch the e-mail automatiquely. When I do it manualy everything go's.
Can some one help me.

check your cron. Look for your symptom in this forum.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I've same issue as not fetching email automatically . Anyone solved this issue ? I guess related with cron however how can I solve it ?

Hello I check that my Crontab files is not empty.crythias wrote:check your cron. Look for your symptom in this forum.
In the olde version of OTRS we use to see a cron service running. I don't found that service anymore
