Firstly I would like to ask is it possible that customer search in Email Ticket page able to search by customer company (without require to create customer in Customer Management)? If it is possible kindly assist which files should I look into if I want to perform such changes.
Secondly, is it possible to include the company name in the customer search result for the same Email Ticket page as well? Which files (eg: CustomerUser.pm/CustomerSearch.js) should I edit in order to return the company name in the result?

As for my next question, if we had created a customer user and his company is it possible to include the company name or customer ID in the customer search result for the same Email Ticket page as well? Example, the search results return in this format: "FirstName LastName" <Email> (user ID) Company Name/Customer ID.

Did you manage your problem with the search result?
I would also see more customer informations in a search result like street, town and company.
