Can not save process (Process Management)

Hi

I am creating Process flow using otrs example given in the admin document. Process flow disappears when I click on save button after Transaction actions between activities.

What do the logs say? (OTRS log and webserver log)

where exactly should I look for logs. I can see only one log file for scheduler in /opt/otrs/var/log/

It depends....

Have a look at the SysConfig options for logging to see what way you use for OTRS logging - either SysLog or logging into a file.

I was using syslog. I didn't see and message specific to process management. I turned on file loging. I captured the below messages from log.
Is there way I can capture more details in log?

Please help me find search for logs to resolve this issue
