Migration to a new server
I have version 3.1.1 of the otrs helpdesk, i need to move it to a new server, I'm pretty sure that we are running Apache. I have install otrs the latest stable verision, but have not configure the new server. Please help!

install same version at destination.
run the backup utility on source, copy over to destination, run the restore utility.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
