hi,

Ticket status is last 5h or 1 day is ideal (same status) . agent will get Notification message .

any know help how to config this notification.

i am trying Generic Agent option,

change time select option ,
ticket changed before 1 day ????

but this filter option show before 1 day all ticket( still now tickets 1 month, year.... ) :? :? :? :? .

"before" = "before" # (time units) [ago]
Time line:
history .. # time units

"last" = [within the] "last" # (time units)
Time line:
# time units .. now
