Hi,
Since upgrading from 3.2 to 3.3 I'm getting these messages on the System Log:
But if go to Ticket Settings -> States I have states defined for 'new' and 'open', so I don't understand where the problem is.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Pedro

You may have translated some state value... Yes, definitely hard to troubleshoot from this. I would try looking at /var/log/syslog or messages .

Yes, in fact I have translated the state values because my OTRS is in Portuguese. But I just translated the name, the ticket state type remains the original as you can see here for the open state:
Isn't this supposed to work? Do I have to make some changes on SysConfig?
Thanks!

Re: System Log Error - No state found!
if you change state names you have to change them also in sysconfig. It is not suggested to change names of states to localize them. (There is a portuguese translation in the system)

Possibly. Look for default state values of "open" ... such as in Postmaster or Ticket New.pedromeireles wrote:Do I have to make some changes on SysConfig?
