Hi all,
Kindly help me to configure the actual system time of OTRS Server. Although I've already selected the right time zone +7 for Vietnam in sysconfig, but aftern I'd created a ticket, it showed that the wrong creation time, even in history of this ticket: Created: 12/10/2013 15:54 by....

The time is set per your operating system.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hi Crythias, I know the time depends on the OS time but the time is not correct. do you any advices?
