Hi,
The customer view has a field named Customer Language. data is coming from external source. we want that If Customer Language == 'abc' then at the time of creation of new ticket move the Ticket to the queue ‘xyz’. How can I do this?

This does not work with GenericAgents as those jobs run based on *Ticket* data. You should write your own Ticket event module (see viewtopic.php?f=60&t=10090&p=39314)
