Hi all,
OTRS 3.3 introduced a way to add/remove columns to/from ticket lists (widgets) on the dashboard. I would like to know if it's possible to re-order these columns in a system-wide setting without have to write code. As of now they're being ordered alphanumerically and that doesn't make much sense for us.
The setting I am talking about is (e.g.):
SysConfig -> Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard -> DashboardBackend###0100-TicketNew
