Process Management issues after moving to new machine

Hello, all. I am having a problem as follows:

I have moved my OTRS 3.3.3 installation to another virtual machine. I am at a different OTRS home directory than on my old machine. When I go into Process Management and look at a work flow process, then double-click on the process entity (eg, Activity, Activity Dialog, Transition or Transition Action), normally you get a dialog that shows all the components of the entity with the option to add new ones. In this case, I get another browser window with an OTRS sign on screen. I try signing into it with admin or any other ID and it gives me an error message.

Anyone run into this before? If so, please clue me in.
