Hi everyone,
are there recommended exceptions for OTRS with regard to antivirus? The antivirus process shoots up when accessing OTRS and IIS consumes 80% of capacity with even a single user.

switch it off or better switch to Linux!

be bold, place the OTRS folder in exceptions. Or everywhere not attachments.
