Hi to everyone,
When I create a new queue and set it as valid, the queue doesn't appear on the "queue view".
What should I do to see the new queue created in the "queue view"?

you need rw permission on the assigned group and also there needs to be at least 1 unlocked open, new or pending ticket stored in this queue
