SLA-based escalation issue

SLA-based escalation issue
I've set SLA-based escalation, but in the dashboard/upcoming events, the escalation time displayed is not as I set, it seems my configuration did not work, I don't know if there's somewhere else I set incorrectly or missed to set, pls help. If there's any documents on this topic, pls give some clues, thanks a lot!
