So I have created my queues and tested them and everything is working as expected. Auto responses are going out when a new email ticket is raised. I wanted to create my own auto responses for each queue so I created an auto response, linked it to the queue and tested it. The logs say that the auto response has been sent(email x'd out):

When I change the auto response back to the default reply it works. Can anybody offer any ideas?
