Exchange 2010 ChallengeToken issue

Hi, I have just installed the OTRS Appliance 4.0.6 and tried to retrieve emails from my Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. I created an Exchange email account, allowed that account to use IMAP and configured OTRS PostMaster Mail Account to connect to this account using IMAPS.
When I click Fetch mail, it seems to work Ok, but if there is a message waiting in the Exchange Inbox then I get this error:

File not found

Firefox can't find the file at http://helpdesk/otrs/index.pl?Action=Ad ... MthLnl8w9a;.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

The email is delivered, though. If I manually enter this URL and remove the ChallengeToken=Lx... then it does not give any error and the email is delivered.

I also tried to send an email and I get a different error:

I have checked some things like otrs.CheckModules.pl and I have tried IMAP (without SSL), but neither works. I have used OTRS quite a lot over the years and have not had problems with email from Exchange before, can anyone help?
