How to make "Pending Date" from "New Phone Ticket" available in Ticket Zoom?
I am sure this is another newbie question; however I cannot figure it out for the life of me and I have tried to search far and wide for the answer. I want to be able to show the "Pending Date" that the user entered when setting up the "New Phone Ticket" in the "Ticket View Zoom" for the agent. How can I go about doing this?

I created a ticket in a OTRS demo system, with a pending time.
Without further configuration, that pending date is shown in the right column, under Ticket Information:

Is this not the case in your setup?
EDIT: Set the pending time very short, it will close in 24 hours

Un order to use this pending date, yo can use a default state linked to pending reminder con ticket creación.
