backup error

Hi,

I use backup.pl script to did my schedule backups every night for 5 years.
After upgraded to version 3.3 some times I receive error and the backup did not work:

# /opt/otrs/scripts/backup.pl /tmp/backup-otrs -r 4

Backup /backup/otrs/2015-07-06_23-30/Config.tar.gz ... done
Backup /backup/otrs/2015-07-06_23-30/Application.tar.gz ... tar: ./var/article/2015/07/06: file changed as we read it
Deleting incomplete backup /backup/otrs/2015-07-06_23-30 ... done
Backup failed
failed

Are always this " file changed as we read it " error. I did not use the otrs folder as backup destination, like you can see on my backup.pl string. I've checked and we have no agents connected on the OTRS on the momment of the backup. Maybe some cron job (check email, generic agent, etc...) can be the problem?

Maybe in your Generic Agent you have a few job that use "Schedule minutes".

Do you really need Schedule minutes?

Maybe only hours is sufficient?
