When I try to create new ticket I get "Need ArticleTypeID!" error.

what did you change (probably for renaming/translation purposes)?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I figured it out. Actually In attempt to delete all tickets I have truncated article type table. after restoring the database problem resolved. Thank you
