Ordering tickets
I can not sort by agent name some are grouped , but the order is not correct.

on my OTRS it is working. So you should:
- ensure to use always the latest patchlevel
- describe in more detail what you did and what you expected
- ask a question
- post a screenshot

I 'm Brazilian so OTRS is in Portuguese .
When I put in order by agent ( " atendente " in the picture) some are unordered.
