First of all, thanks in advance.
I have a problem, i have enabled ITSM package of changes. It is a very useful tool. But the problem is that from the customer portal they can't visualize changes (attached image).
I have configured from sysconfig the display, but only the top bar appears, without any changes occur. The count of changes appear in the top bar but no more info displayed.
Please if anyone has had the same problem or know how to fix it would be very grateful.
