Disable notifications for ticket from web panel

Hi,
when user adds new or close ticket via web interface, he receives notification as usual (by "ticket state update" filtered "closed successfully")
is it possible to disable this?
there is a message filter, where I can deselect "web", but it applies only to ArticleCreate or ArticleSend, not the Ticket* or Notification*
