Hi All,
I have the following situation:
User A creates a ticket.
User S (Support User) sends a callback of the ticket to User B.
User B answers the callback.
At the moment, User A can see the complete process of the ticket.
Is there a way to hide the emails which User B received and sent?

I don't see that option. Can only select 'Answer'.

Use "Email Outbound" in the ticket menu
