I have a problem with OTRS 6, I can't install new package in OTRS. After click button "Install", it's not show button 'continue' ??? Anyone help me?

Perhaps is because you have 6.0.14 and the repository shows another version. Have you updated the online repository?

Hi,
the versions may be different this is OK.
Do you have a proxy? Do you have internet connection?
Can you install it via otrs.Console.pl command?

Can you check the sysconfig setting Package::AllowNotVerifiedPackages ?

I checked AllowNotVerifiedPackages.
