Hello,
my customer don't want to see all tickets and already closed tickets, in his customer ticket overview.
So i would like to delete this two buttons in customer portal. Is it possibel to do this? And how?
I already tried a few things in Sysconf, but i wasnt able to figure it out.

As far as I know, there is no way to disable it via the config.
The easiest way would be to comment out the lines 15–21 in CustomerTicketOverview.tt (untested).
