Ticket OverView became empty

Ticket OverView became empty
Our ticket overview is empty, all of a sudden. It doesn't even show any of the queues. There are tickets open and new tickets arriving.

Hi,
Check if there is a trash can in the upper right corner. My guess: you have an active filter.

I don't see a trash can. I checked the "Settings."
It has disappeared for all users, Admin included.
I have attached a picture of what we (don't) see.

Check the communication log and get a ticket you don't see on your overview.

I checked the comm log. It was fine. I created a ticket and watched it go through. It went just fine.
we have changed a lot of settings and values.
Does anyone know how the tickets are chosen to be displayed in Ticket OverView?

We looked in the System Log. There were errors.
error OTRS-CGI-77 No State for pending reminder found!
error OTRS-CGI-77 No State for open found!
error OTRS-CGI-77 No State for new found!
We changed the Queue Names back to Lower Case. And the Ticket OverView reappeared.

this should be fixed. A system with no state new, open, pending is very strange.
Next time you should mention your changes you made in your first posting. Then it's less guessing.We changed the Queue Names back to Lower Case. And the Ticket OverView reappeared.
