Hi, I'm trying to add a CC to the tickets created by customers in their portal.
I created a dynamic field and added to the customer portal.
Then in the notifications I used this field to send a notification to the CC address.
But then the ticket doesn't include the cc address, so I can't reply all. The CC address only receive the first notification.
How can I allow to customers to add a CC to the ticket?.
