Hello,
I've installed the version 2.4.7 with the package itsm.
i've created a queue and added an email in the admin section, i've added an agent and attributed the que to the group of the agent.
First time i sent a test email and i could see successfully the ticket that was opened the agent was notified about the new ticket treated it and closed it, the customer received all answers.
but the second time i sent another mail and nothing hapens.

Since it worked the first time, what did you change after then?
