I setup the OTRS helpdesk and was test out setting up the email system with our Exchange server. Due to myself sometimes jumping into something before I think, I setup the email address as my own to perform the test and all of my inbox emails were migrated over into OTRS as tickets. Is there any way to export these emails back into Outlook?

Unfortunately, that is not directly possible.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Mails will always fetched completely from the server and there is no way back!
