Hi,
I would like my OTRS to send an automatic mail to whoever (a few defined e-mail addresses) everyday at a given time.
The content of this mail must be the list of all tickets in state "new".
I don't know how to proceed. Is it possible?
I'm thinking of notification, statistics, GenericAgent... maybe a clever combination of the 3?
Please help.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
