Can no longer close a ticket

Hi all,

Since our OTRS 3.0.5 upgrade, we can no longer close a ticket. When we submit a successfully close task, we got a blank screen and stay there. If I close this blank screen, I come back to the ticket page. Do a refresh. I can see my close task but ticket stat still to new.

I tried that in my testing environment. No problems here.
openSuSE on ESX
IT-Helpdesk: OTRS 3.0
Customer Service: OTRS 3.0 (upgraded from 2.3)
Customer Service (subsidiary): OTRS 3.0
+additional test and development systems

Hi,

The problem only happen after my database restore. OTRS 3.0.5 works well after a plain installation.

I attached a print screen of the result.

I use OTRS 3.0.5 on Windows 2003 Server

Did you upgrade your OTRS and restore your DB from an old installation?

I am having the same issue with certain tickets where the state will not goto closed. I did complete an upgrade to 3.05 recently and then restored my database from a previous version of 3.X
