How show the customer's CI in ticket zoom view

Hi,

The agent added a computer type CI in CMDB module and this CI was assigned to an customer as Owner.

Then the customer registered a new ticket.

After the agent opened this ticket, how he can see this CI information in the tickect zoom view?
