duplicate tickets different queue
I have 2 queues. Some customers send an email to both of them (from: email queue A;cc: email queue B). and otrs makes 2 new tickets: 1 in queue A en 1 in queue B. How can I filter incoming email so otrs only makes 1 ticket in queue A or B?

I´d globally filter on CC and ignore these mails.
