HI,
I work on setting up a demo for my company of OTRS, I was wondering if there was away could have set of queues options for the customer and a different set for the agents. Like i dont want a customer to be able to send the ticket straight to tier 3 support, but if our agent at tier one can't handle it then they could sent it up.
